Adding an Envelope Liner: Round 1

Fat Cat Paperie Inspiration, Trending

One of our favorite ways to spice up a classic invitation is to add a beautiful envelope liner. There are so many styles and options to choose from… patterned or solid, shimmer or matte, classic or whimsical.

This week and next I’m going to show off some of our favorites starting with FOIL liners! We began offering foil liners a couple years ago and haven’t turned back. They add an extra special shimmering touch to classic and whimsical invitations alike.

Next up we have brushstroke and watercolor liners. These artistic envelope liners add a sense of whimsy and are perfect for everything from wedding invitations to baby announcements.

Today we’ll end with photographs and maps. These details really add a personal touch to your invitation. We love to include vintage maps and photos to show off the location of the venue. These are particularly great for destination weddings whether that means several days in Cancun or a long weekend in the Hamptons.
