It’s not every day that you shop for fancy wedding stationery, right? So in this post, I’m going to give you a glimpse of our studio and walk you through a wedding stationery appointment.
For starters, there are two different ways you can work with us:
1. Meet in person at our headquarters in Center Moriches, New York.
2. “Meet” virtually via video conference.
Whichever is easiest for you is perfect. Just reach out ahead of time to schedule an appointment. We like to set aside time especially for you, so we do not accommodate walk-ins. That being said, if you bring cookies with you, we may be able to squeeze you in.
Plan to spend at least an hour with us. At the start of your appointment, your invitation consultant will ask you questions about your style and event. This helps us get a clear picture of your vision for the big day. After all, you wouldn’t want us guiding you toward a rustic invitation if your style is classic and formal, right?
This may look a bit chaotic, but I can promise you, this is where the magic happens!

How do you work best?
We can show you five samples or fifty samples. The process is entirely customized based on you and your vision. You may have found the perfect invitation on our website and just need sit down and finalize the typestyles and ink colors. Or the opposite may also be true, you may want to touch, feel and stare at as many samples as humanly possible — we’re (obviously) stationery lovers too so we totally get that feeling.
If you're the person who’s been avoiding this project because you have no idea what you want in a save the date or invitation, that’s okay too. I promise you, it’s totally fine to not know what you want. We’ll guide you to the perfect stationery without turning it into a daunting project. Planning a wedding is already like a second job so our goal is to take some stress away, not add to it!
We’ll also discuss pricing and help you find “the one” that fits both your style and your budget. Wedding stationery doesn’t have a “one size fits all” solution… and that’s a good thing! If you fall in love with something a little outside your budget that’s okay, because there are always ways to make less expensive changes to achieve a similar look. It also means that we can add and take away elements to your liking. For instance, if you find the perfect floral design, but you don’t love the color and it doesn’t have a pocket, you’re in luck because we can help you find the perfect new color and we can always add a pocket.
