We hope you are loving this magical time of the year. At Fat Cat, we’ve been enjoying glittery decorations, our adorable gingerbread house and some vacation time of course.
As promised, here’s Round 2 of our 2016 Favorites.
It was so much fun watching this invitation come to life. We started with Elena’s idea to place a wax seal directly on her invitation and then found the perfect fonts and colors to compliment her custom deco style seal. Once the invitations were printed, we carefully wrapped each invitation in ribbon and waxed and stamped them by hand. It was a long process but I can honestly say that I enjoyed sealing each and every one of these beautiful invitations.
Fat Cat’s art director, Katie, had so much fun working with Tara’s mom to design all the paper details for her Italian honeymoon themed bridal shower. Her letterpress passport style invitation features gold foil details and a tear-off registry card. We also created quirky travel posters to carry the theme throughout the party.
This Shelter Island wedding invitation included all the right details — letterpress printing, thick bamboo paper and a nautical map envelope liner — yes, yes and yes!
This couple’s wedding took place on a picturesque lakefront property in Massachusetts owned by the bride’s family. This rustic, letterpress, ribbon folder invitation by B.T.Elements made the perfect first impression.
We’re so excited for the upcoming arrival of Shardé and Jake’s little miracles. All of the Fat Cats participated in the design of this custom letterpress invitation portraying their surrogacy journey. We are so happy and honored to be part of this special time in their lives.
Thanks for a fabulous year. Cheers to 2017!
